My Why

Veronica Glasgow, i’m 56 and have lived in Luton since 2002.  I was employed as a PA in various corporate organisations for over 20 years.  10 years ago I started to volunteer for a charity that supported women caught in commercial sexual exploitation.  After 7 years of volunteering I joined the staff team.  I left in January 2020 to care for my sick husband who is recovering well and am now supporting Shenel as a volunteer at The Ebonista Project.

I have a deep conviction to help women build confidence and understand their purpose and worth, so am very excited to be a part of this project.
